
Rick Andersen is a principal of Andersen Jones and serves as the agency’s Creative Director/Copy and Account Supervisor. Andersen’s background includes eleven years of sales and marketing experience with the American Hospital Supply Corporation, where he carried the bag for three years before moving into marketing management for the American Pharmaseal and AMO divisions.
Andersen brings a unique blend of hands-on medical marketing experience and creative talent to the agency’s work. His problem-solving approach to marketing challenges has resulted in many notable successes. The award-winning DTC campaign for Mentor Aesthetics is one such example. Combining print ads in national women’s magazines with network television spots and web advertising, the campaign generated more than 300,000 inquiries and helped Mentor capture the market leadership position in breast augmentation.
Andersen holds a B.S. in Biology from Cornell University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Southern California.
